On a rainy afternoon in 2003, Beryl Stafford and her daughter "Bobo" baked oat bars that soon became a Boulder, CO cafe favorite. This humble oat bar has since captivated loyal fans nationwide, with no compromise to the original recipe, small-batch baking process, or mother-daughter tradition. Our wholesome snacks will warm the hearts of everyone, from picky-eating kiddos to the busy parent on-the-go. From soft-baked oat bars to the perfect PB&J, every Bobo's is simple and delicious. Since 2003, every single treat is made in the same pans, the same batches, and with the same simple ingredients you can find in your own kitchen. Our baked goods are made with love and care in Colorado. Everything we make is fresher and tastier because we bake it. We bake with wholesome, real ingredients to keep you going. Our ingredients are sourced sustainably & responsibly from vetted suppliers. We utilize recycled packaging certified by SFI. Over 95% of our waste is diverted from landfills. We start with 100% whole grain oats, which are at the heart of everything we bake.
