Chantico contracts with growers then conducts the whole production process on its estate, making it possible to produce a safer, higher quality product. We can trace our agaves to the fields where they are grown. Also, Chantico is produced with a heat and filtration process that destroys pathogens and removes heavy metals, while maintaining the raw integrity of the sweetener. Chantico comes from the leading agave brand in the world, producing agave sweeteners since the 1980’s. In partnership with local workers called “Jimadores”, we ensure that the land is cultivated and cared for by the families that have lived there for generations.
